Grace recalls the world around her in her Special Blue Book. She uses it to write stories and plays but also to record her fears and dreams.

I keep an ideas book that I jot down ideas and stick in pictures or newspaper articles that interest me.

You might want to start your own diary or journal or why not start an ideas book of your own.
